As our services involve strategy, time, and execution from the moment an engagement begins, fees for completed work periods are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your plan at any time with written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle already in progress.

3. Ad Spend

Amounts billed directly by ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) are non-refundable through us and are governed by that platform’s own policies.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If services were not delivered as contracted due to an error on our part, please contact us — we review such cases individually and may offer a partial refund or service credit.
